Minimum Education and Experience:
The successful candidate will 1) hold a doctoral degree or equivalent in public health, health education/health promotion, economics, psychology, sociology, or a related field; (2) a record of accomplishment of collaborative research and peer-reviewed publications, demonstrated ability to obtain extramural funding for research, and track record of effective faculty mentoring, teaching and student advising as would be expected for the rank of full professor; and (3) effective interpersonal, and communication skills, leadership and management experience in a university setting.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate a commitment to and evidence of building interdisciplinary education programs and translation of science to improve the lives of populations.
